Who can drive the vehicle?

Only the persons authorized in the contract.

Can I take the vehicle outside of Spain or to the islands?

No. Express authorization is required from us to be able to move the vehicle outside of Spain.

What does the reservation price include?

You must be over 25 years and less than 75 years old and have a driving license with seniority of more than 2 years.

What does the reservation price include?

It includes the rent of the vehicle, the full insurance with franchise of 1000 € and VAT

All risk with franchise of 1500€

Coverages not included in full insurance

• Loss, theft or damage to keys, triangles and / or vests.
• Damage to the Navigator, radio-CD
• Refuel with the wrong type of fuel.
• Damage to glass or windshield.
• Damage to upholstery or extreme dirt.
• Damage to tires and / or punctures.
• Robbery or loss of vehicle parts.
• Misuse of the clutch.
• Negligent driving.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Breach of contract.

When you need privacy on your transfers to the airport, or from the airport to the hotel or to a particular destination, book a private transfer. A private driver service will be waiting for you at the Barcelona airport, and will take you where you want, without additional waiting.

Do I need a credit card to make the reservation?

No. You can pay in cash or with credit / debit card, whose holder is listed as a driver in the rental agreement.

Fuel Policy?

Vehicles are delivered with full tank and must be returned with full tank.
FULL TANK The vehicles are delivered full of fuel and pay a deposit upon delivery. If it is returned full the deposit is returned. The prices of gasoline tanks vary according to the model of vehicle and the price of fuel in the market at the time of collection of the vehicle.

What documentation should be provided?

ID / Passport and driving license in force. If there are additional drivers, they must present their ID / Passport and driving license.

Is delivered to Home, AVE Station …?

Yes. The price of this service is 30 € the delivery and 30 € the return. It is free for rentals longer than one week.

Do the vehicles delive at the airport?

Yes. We pick them up and deliver them to the airport. The person who gives the car will carry a POS for the payment with card, as well as the necessary documentation.
